I’m not from the Netherlands, how can I pay?
Within Europe it is quite easy to transfer money to another European bank account by using the IBAN and BIC numbers. Our IBAN number is NL78 PSTB 0005 8995 23, the BIC number of the bank is PSTBNL21. The account number is 96.80.82.904 on behalf of M. van de Belt in Huizen.

Do we have to be there at exactly ten o’clock?
The GME starts at 10.00 am and goes on until late at night. You can determine yourself when to come and when to leave. Until 6.00 pm you can get cache-descriptions at the cache counter.

The lunch tickets, how do they work?
When subscribing to the GME you can enter the number of lunch tickets you would like to purchase. The tickets are € 1.95 each and you can get a lovely filled sandwich for that (filled with ham, cheese, various salads, croquette, hot meat, et cetera). The lunch tickets should be purchased/reserved on beforehand to help us determining how many sandwiches and how much filling we should stock. A lunch ticket therefore guarantees you to have a nicely filled sandwich. At the day itself there is a very limited amount of extra sandwiches available (for those forgot to buy lunch tickets, or have a larger appetite than anticipated). The “extra” sandwiches are € 2.25 each. With this extra stock, there is no guarantee to have a lunch, no more sandwiches = no more sandwiches. Milk tickets (for low-fat or buttermilk) can also be purchased on beforehand.

Where can I buy consumption coins?
Consumption coins can be bought throughout the whole day. It is also possible to pre-order 10 consumption coins when you subscribe. The coins will be handed to you at the start of the event.

How and when do I have to pay?
Within 24 hours after subscription you automatically receive an email with the confirmation of your subscription and paying instructions. After subscription, you have two weeks to arrange the payment. After these two weeks, we retain the right to declare your subscription as invalid and cancel it.
