Participating in the GME2010 costs € 5,00 per person. We use the income for renting tents, insurances, sanitary fittings, furniture, gas, water and electra.
Lunch
We provide a lunch for those who want to (between 11:00 and 14:00 o’clock). For this cause you can buy lunch tickets. These are €1,95 each (when bought on beforehand) and they guarantee you to have a nicely filled sandwich with topping of choice (ham, cheese, salads, croquette, et cetera).
At the day itself there are a limited number of tickets available, for € 2,25 each. However, we strongly recommend you to buy the tickets on beforehand (while subscribing), so you’re sure to have a nice lunch.
We also have milk and butter milk available. Tickets for these drinks are only for sale on beforehand, for € 1,00 each.
Dinner
It is also possible to utilize the dinner (between 17:30 and 20:00 o’clock). The costs are € 13,75 for adults and € 9,75 for children (up to 12 years).
Dinner consists of an extended cold and warm buffet, followed by a delicious dessert. You can only subscribe for dinner on beforehand, with your subscription. The maximum number of people to dine is limited to 450.
Bar
During the day and the whole evening, our Erica bar will be open. We offer a large variety of drinks. You can pay using consumption coins (€ 0,70 each).
We offer (with reservation):
• coffee, tea and lemonade (1 coin)
• sodas and beer (2 coins)
• wine and special beer (3 coins)
Consumption coins are available with our cash desk, but it is possible to buy a set of 10 consumption coins per team on beforehand while subscribing.
