10.00 am - start GME2010
Everyone is welcome from 10.00 am on (coming later is also allowed). The check in counters are opened and for every team there is an envelope waiting with all the necessary materials (a pass for each participant, possible lunch tickets, further information, etcetera). The coffee is ready! When you want to go caching, you can collect one or more descriptions of nice caches at our cache counter. Want to do caches of previous years? Print them at home, we don’t have everything in stock.
11.00 am – 2.00 pm - lunch
You obviously get hungry from being outside the whole day. Our kitchen staff works hard to provide you with the best sandwiches of Naarden and the vicinity. The sandwiches can be paid for with lunch tickets, that can be purchased during on beforehand via your subscription on the internet.
2.00 pm – 5.00 pm – children’s programme
For the children, there is a lot to do during the GME. The children’s entertainment team is ready to provide the children with all sorts of activities (making fake tattoos) and of course there will be a special kids cache.
10.00 pm - 10.00 am - Market
New this year is the Market. Our guests are the Goodieshop from professor Lupardi and the Geocachingshop.nl. A lot of geocaching related goodies for sale!
6.00 pm – 8.30 pm – cold & warm buffet + dessert
With a night cache ahead of you, there should be a good meal. That’s why we provide an extensive cold and warm buffet (to those that registered for it during subscription). Afterwards, there is a nice dessert.
8.30 pm – 10.30 pm – night cache
Caching in the dark is extra exciting. That’s why we organise a night cache. Armed with some breaklights, you’ll walk through the surroundings. At the end, there’s a spectacular finale.
10.00 pm - ??.?? am – have a drink untill late at night
Still not exhausted (or are you)? Join the camp fire, have a drink and listen to all the stories from other cachers (or tell one yourself).
